Asset Registers

We perform one site or multi-site asset audits and build a comprehensive asset register which will be incorporated into a programmed preventative maintenance program

Sub-Contractor Management 

Firstpoint Integrated Services will vet and manage all sub-contractors for works carried out on your buildings and ensure all insurances and licenses are up to date.

Building Compliance

We take responsibility for all regulatory and building code compliance, ensuring the safety of building users, staff and contractors by adhering to OH&S legislation.

Defect Management

Firstpoint can assist with managing construction defects by providing a centralized platform for organizing and tracking information related to defects, as well as for managing communication and collaboration between different parties involved in the defect resolution process.
